1. How can I book a video session?
You can book your session directly through our website by selecting the location, month, date, time, and duration of the service. Use the notes section to share any details about your expectations—this helps us create a video experience tailored just for you.

2. What video packages do you offer?
Our packages are flexible and vary based on your needs, chosen location, and date. All available options are listed on our booking page.

3. Is it possible to customize the video packages?
Absolutely! You can select the duration of your session during booking. For any questions or special requests, contact us via WhatsApp for personalized assistance.

4. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

5. What are the accepted payment methods?
A 30% deposit via PayPal is required to secure your date. PayPal is safe and secure, and you can pay easily with a credit card even without an account. The remaining balance is paid in cash (EURO) on the day of the session.

6. What happens in case of bad weather?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll do our best to reschedule your session at no extra cost, based on mutual availability. (Rain can be romantic too!) Sometimes unexpected weather creates the most cinematic and emotional video moments.

7. How should I prepare for my video session?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and keep your belongings minimal for smooth filming. We can give outfit tips if needed, but the most important thing is to wear what makes you feel confident and authentic—this is how we capture your true story on video.

8. How long does it take to receive the final video?
Your professionally edited video will be delivered within 3 weeks after final payment.

9. Can I suggest music for my video?
Yes! You can share any favorite songs or music before your session. We’ll consider your suggestions and see how they fit the video—because music helps guide the story, while the images and emotions shape it. This way, your video will reflect your style and mood.
